Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened products, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
2.⁠ ⁠Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your order arrives with an error or defect, we will either:
Replace the item (if available), or
Offer a full refund (see Refunds below).
3.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
The product was delivered damaged, defective, or not as described.
You contacted us within the required 48-hour window.
You provide supporting photos and order details.
Items that have been opened, altered, or consumed are not eligible for refunds.

Once we approve your request:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5.⁠ ⁠Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return shipping label is provided due to a mistake on our part, we will cover that cost.
